Refund Policy – Mary Brown’s (X Pay Orders)

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible and verified complaints.
  • Valid refund reasons include:
    • Non-delivery of order
    • Incorrect items delivered
    • Missing items
  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (X Pay).
  • Refund processing time may take 30 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the order is affected.
  • Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the entire order is impacted.
  • Mary Brown’s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Fraudulent or repeated refund requests may lead to account restrictions.
  • All refund decisions made by Mary Brown’s are final.
