  • All food items sold by Mary Brown’s are freshly prepared and meant for immediate consumption; therefore, returns are generally not accepted.
  • Due to food safety and hygiene standards, once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Incorrect items are delivered
    • Items are missing from the order
    • Food quality or safety concerns are reported
  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after the stated time frame may not be entertained.
  • Customers may be asked to provide supporting evidence such as order receipts or images.
  • Approval of return-related claims is subject to internal verification.
  • In approved cases, a replacement or refund may be offered at Mary Brown’s discretion.
